And this is England – part 1

England can be a truly amazing place if you can get away from the large cities of little boxes that people live in. Let’s face it we are never going to win any architecture prizes for the little brick huts that they call homes here when you look at Europe and the way they preserve their cities. Whereas we tear ours down and build all over the beautiful countryside. Once you can get away from all those monstrosities of recent planning you might be able to find a place like this. "Green Path", Much Wenlock, Shropshire, UK The photo was taken near Much Wenlock in Shropshire on what is Wenlock Edge, a long wooded escarpment that was once a coral reef. We were walking along the edge one Spring day and we noticed this path of garlic plants between the trees. It took two of us to take the photograph because the clouds were moving so quickly across the sky so I waited for the clouds to part momentarily before indicating that this was the moment to take the photo. You can see more of our work on the Junagarh Flickr site or on our website http://www.junagarhmedia.co.uk. All of our photographs are available in a range of formats and this one as a blank greeting card as well. So don’t forget other cards like these. "Mirrored Clouds", Lake Titicaca, Peru "Still Pink", The Pantanal, Brazil "Clever Loco", Steam Locomotive, Uyuni, Bolivia
